Happy Medium was created to support small product-based businesses or agencies in the beauty, fashion, specialty food, wellness, and lifestyle industries who want an easy, fast and affordable solution to premium design and production.

What happens after I subscribe?

You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to your dedicated Slack channel and online drive. We’ll set up a kick off to go over your project and ensure we have all we need to get started. We use Slack as our point of communication, making feedback, creative requests and delivery of final files streamlined and easy to access from anywhere. Super easy!

Who does the actual design?

Happy Medium is a boutique operation, meaning all projects are managed, overseen, and most often, designed by me to ensure the highest quality standards and details.

How are the concepts reviewed?

We have a streamlined approval process. You review concepts as 3D digital mockups in presentation format on your dedicated drive at your own pace, in your own time zone. You will receive notifications when there are uploads or updates, and you provide feedback through digital notes. We are also always available for a Zoom meeting when needed!

Do you offer sustainable packaging solutions?

We are a sustainability-first company! It’s a constantly evolving field, with new options emerging all the time. We ensure our information stays current by continuously researching the latest sustainable packaging solutions and staying up to date on best practices.

Do you give refunds?

You have 7 days to cancel with a 75% refund

What is not included in the membership?

We include everything you would ever need to get your product “on the shelf.” However, the following can be accommodated for an additional fee with the client’s pre-approval: Any physical prototypes, custom tooling or non-stock components, 3rd party vendors, shipping, or travel.
